The East Bay Lacrosse League forms in 2025

In 2025, the 11 lacrosse clubs of the greater East Bay area joined together to create the East Bay Lacrosse League.


From Alameda to Tracy, and Berkeley to Pleasanton, the EBLL clubs came together to provide a town based lacrosse experience for their players and families. With a clear goal of promoting collaboration between the clubs and to grow and diversify the sport of lacrosse in the East Bay area. 


EBLL President James Simons (Diablo Scorpions) and the EBLL Clubs made an incredible effort to launch the league, and understood it was not going be completely smooth sailing. “From the start, during our initial calls, we made it clear that this first year was going to have its ups and downs”, said Simons.  “We anticipated making mistakes, but more importantly, we knew we’d learn from them, which is exactly what we’re doing. We’re excited about building something great for our community.”


The EBLL was officially incorporated in 2025.

The Inaugural East Bay Lacrosse League Season kicks off on March 1!

The EBLL is thrilled to kick off the season on March 1! Access the schedule here (Make this a button to the EBLL Schedule) With clubs gearing up for a new year of competition, the excitement is palpable as players, coaches, and parents look forward to an action-packed season ahead. This year promises to be full of fierce competition, sportsmanship, and memorable moments as the conference continues to grow and showcase the best of youth lacrosse. We can’t wait to hit the field and make this season one to remember!

The first EBLL 8U Jamboree is on March 8!

The EBLL will be hosting its first 8U Jamboree on March 8th at Diablo Vista Snake Park in Danville, CA. Hosted by the Diablo Scorpions Lacrosse Club, the kick off Jamboree will run from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM across four individual 8U Fields. The game format will allow for attending teams to get up to 3, 30 minute games. There will be a food truck on-site, and coaches/teams are encouraged to bring speakers and play their favorite playlists.
